What a journey! Our overall house hunting experience was less than perfect and there were some bumps on the road. However, Liz stood by with us all over the road. I’ve known Mrs Cantwell for almost 2 years now. She has been my realtor since I arrived to Harlingen. She helped me to find the first 2 apartments I rented and also to find my dream home. She has always been very professional, patient and available to answer any question.
I originally was planning to rent my place but then decided to just sell it. I had just been through a nightmare with a company called Prudential. I then decided to search for another company and after pointless calls to Century 21, Allstate, Remaxx, and several others that never returned calls or just had the big company attitude of you need us more than we need you, I thought it was over for me. By luck to say the least I made a few searches in Google and eventually found this company. I never heard of them but after reading some reviews and visiting their website I decided to take the plunge. Their website by the way is way better than the average for the area with more online options so that was good to know. I spoke to their receptionist/secretary and shortly after wards was speaking to the man himself. He was very down to earth and I believe very realistic about my situation. Translation: Easy to get along with and honest. To give you an idea of my bragging; the entire process including closing took about a week and a half and I don’t even live in the RGV!! I sent him an email after the closing of the property and will quote some of those words. “In what the previous company tried to do in several months you did in 2 days!” Its not easy to find great service in the RGV but I was fortunate enough to know Mr. Adam Cantwell.
Mr. Cantwell handled our listing and sale in a very professional and timely manner. We are pleased with the results and found it a pleasure to work with his company.

My husband and I knew we wanted to buy a home, but we didn’t even know how to go about it. We were referred to Adam by the financing company we contacted for our home loan.
It’s very difficult for both my husband and I to work with our schedules to find time to look at homes together that was before 5:00pm or not on the weekend. Adam was very accommodating and showed us all of the houses we had an interest in after hours and on Saturdays. He also answered every call we had. If he couldn’t immediately answer, he would always call us back.
When we finally found the home we wanted, Adam supported us through the stress of trying to close on the house in time. Adam was awesome! After several skipped lunches, late evenings, and a road trip to the notary’s office, we signed the documents on New Year’s Eve and started 2015 as home owners (plus a new friend).

03/25/2017 – jp4924Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Harlingen, TX.When my wife and I decided to start looking for a house, the concept was a bit overwhelming. By chance i came across Tana’s contact info and it was a blessing in disguise. From the initial phone call, i knew i had made the right choice of who would be helping us out. We must of seen over fifty (50) houses in about two and a half months and yet Tana was so patient every step of the way. We had decided on one house but due to some difference of opinions between the sellers and me, we struggled to find some middle ground. Tana went above and beyond to help both the seller and us (the buyer) to find it. However, due to some unforeseen issues with the house, we respectfully declined on the house. We decided to buy the house we now own today. Through it all, Tana displayed a professionalism that was above and beyond any expectations i would have perceived of a real estate agent.
